While Dad was polishing his new car,

بينما كان الأب يقوم بتلميع سيارته الجديدة

His 4 yr old son picked stone & scratched lines on the side of the car.

إذا بالابن ذو الأربع سنوات يلتقط حجراً ويقوم بعمل خدوش على جانب السيارة

 

In his anger, Dad took the child's hand & hit it many times, not

وفي قمة غضبه، إذا بالأب يأخذ بيد ابنه ويضربه عليها عدة مرات

Realizing he was using a wrench.

بدون أن يشعر أنه كان يستخدم 'مفتاح انجليزي' مفك يستخدمه عادة السباكين في فك وربط المواسير

 

At the hospital, his child said 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?'

 في المستشفى، كان الابن يسأل الأب متى سوف تنموا أصابعي؟

Dad was so hurt.

وكان الأب في غاية الألم 

 

He went back to car and kicked it a lot of times.

عاد الأب إلى السيارة وبدأ يركلها عدة مرات 

 

Sitting back he looked at the scratches, child wrote 'I LOVE YOU DAD'

وعند جلوسه على الأرض، نظر إلى الخدوش التي أحدثها الأبن فوجده قد كتب ' أنا أحبك يا أبي '

أفضل طريقة للإقلاع عن التدخين

يغلى كأس حليب في قدر وكذلك يغلى كأس ماء في قدر آخر وعندما يصل كل 
 منهما لدرجة الغليان يخلط كلاً من الحليب والماء في قدر آخر ويستنشق 
 البخار الناتج من الخليط لمدة 10 دقائق تكرر هذه العملية لمدة 10 أيام 
 متتالية ستخرج جميع الأوساخ العالقة في الرئتين بجميع ألوانها بطريقة 
 مدهشة وكثيفةوبعد مضي فترة ال 10 أيام سيكره المدخن طعم السجائر 
 وسيساعده ذلك في الإقلاع عن التدخين
